I don't disagree with your conclusions about the value of YHOO. But my point was that for purposes of analyzing the value of this stock, the psychology of the YHOO investor has to be accounted for. By your measure, the psychology accounts for 80% of the value. That's why I feel like the psychology analysis will provide a lot more useful trading info than the financial analysis.

You may well be proven right in "the end," whenever that is, but you will have missed out on a lot of money to be made trading the psyches of the internet investors. More risky, yes, but more rewarding if you do it right.

i love a good debate. your valuation of YHOO is very suspect. first, because majpr brokerage houses have estimates of $100+ per share. secondly, because i will tear a $22 valuation apart if given the chance. why not post your work on the thread so i can have a looksy.
