Peter, I sold my original stake in NXLK a few months ago in the mid 30. I am thinking about getting back in. At $10+ the stock seems to be very cheap. NXLK's problems are that the company is not profitable or CF+ and highly leverage and needs more debt, which may not be that easy in this market. These issues will drag any stock down in the bear market we are in today. Still, I believe that the stock is probably close to its bottom, down about 75% from its 52 week high.

If you haven't already seen this, go to the Nextel thread and read the article posted there today about small telecoms. I think it is somewhat positive. NXLK is mentioned. Also, Businessweek had an extensive article on Craig McCaw and his "next" companies a couple of weeks ago.

Good luck

Mark
