For those who haven't sent in your votes, think through the impact to the company's financial position and future financing options with a yes or no outcome on #2.

Please don't vote with your emotions.

Jim..It occurred to me that no one really answered my questions regarding Bix Moding's resignation. I did not think that it was detrimental to the company. However, would that also be part of the pressure on the stock? Could Bix be exercising and selling options? After all, the stock hasn't exactly been a home run.

You are right, of course, for those of us moaning over the unfair advantage of the re-priced option holders..one does not normally look to work for a company whose stock is going to go down..the payoff for a job well done, is usually the appreciation of stock accumulated during one's tenure. The stockholders are rewarded in the same way, stock prices appreciating during the period of ownership. Since we are not working for the Company, it would be expected that one would have to accumulate the stock through purchase.

Some of the posters seem to think that they should have no risk when they buy stock. You pays your money, you takes your chances. If they need safety, the banks are paying 3%.
