Hi Chinmoy - OK, here's my opinion.

They need to file with the SEC. I am hoping that happens literally any day now.

They need to finalize some contracts. Right now, they are working on many different ones, all at various stages. Sometimes it's not easy, though. Just when you think completion is near - the other company might say "How about if we do it this way?". And if it makes sense, things get delayed.

I think they should start releasing some revenue figures, no matter how modest they are. I think people want to know that someone out there is buying the product (they are).

They still need a sponsor, but it's tough sledding in this market. As much as we all see Jaws' potential, it is still an unreporting BB company with no published revenues.

Investor sentiment has to change and that might take some doing. A lot of the experts are saying "Go to cash" - again, it's hard to attract new blood to the BB market in today's climate.

I am hoping that by January, Jaws is fully reporting with 4th Quarter audited revenues. Any of you who follow BB companies should know that that would be quite a feat for a company that is less than a year old.

Based on an article that I just read, it seems that JAWZ (the product 5L) was just purchased from an egghead who had been creating encryption since he was 7 years old. The question now is whether the people who use to run E-Biz Solution (now JAWZ)had a good record of management before this purchase. I say this because, I have worked for small companies that have great products, but when the competition notices that their market is being taken, the managers of those small businesses did not no how to compete and stay in business. They always reduced their prices and eventually got into financial trouble and lost their best talent.
