Capitulation. . . well the DSSI board has almost become silent. Maybe that's an indicator.

I think MANY stocks are safe buys as of today.

As long as the company doesn't start the dilution (which I know you've seen companies do with options galore, foreign financings, etc) the rewards might finally be here.

I heard one stat on CNBC which was interesting.

45% of stocks in US down 50% since April
61% down 40% or more
79% down 30% or more
91% down 20% or more

I think the ones that prove they can earn good $ in the 3rd quarter will come ROARING back. For ones that don't, they have a lot of competition for investment dollars right now.

My favorite commercial now: the one where Peter Lynch is on a treadmill without stress.
