They have to sell those 1mm shares first and who is going to pay 6$ for that stock which will still have a negative book value after selling the 1mm shares.

Do you think Kaire gets any cash from this? All it looks to me like it does is makes them own 24% of a company that still has a negative book value. If everything is explained to the people that they try to get to pay 6$ for the stock I can't see why they would buy it.

Excuse me if I can't answer all your questions but I didn't look much deeper that the stock offering. You should read all of that.

JIN CHUN, thanks for your earlier post, sorry about not replying earlier, wasn't paying attention to the thread.
I haven't seen any recent financial info from KAHI, officially filed, so I think it's dubious to claim on a message thread that they own so and so. Last April, in a press release, they referred to Kaire International as "their subsidiary". It's all rather confusing.
Even if they own 24% (actually I think 23% was claimed on the thread earlier) and the IPO is on, who do you think will pay 6 dollars/share? Will you? Those shares would trade on the bulletin board market after the IPO, I think they would tank very quickly.

Many happy returns,

Baldur F.
