Waterhouse will tell you that if you are using their electronic quote system....that is for all exchanges...and they only send it to the main exchange for that option..unless you specify otherwise..the main exchange can and does have different quotes than quotes for ALL exchanges...

if you are talking to a broker..then you get the quote for the exchange it will go to...

now I will be the first one to tell you that you can get different answers depending on who you talk to at Waterhouse on a variety of subjects..especially requirements for spreads...

but I have been told this by several different people at waterhouse...

assuming it did change,
is there not a requirement to fill
10 or less, if the price has been met?
( or 20....)

if they are printing higher offers, would
they not be obligated to fill that limit order?
