What Ancor could do somewhere down the line is if the price stays depressed and they are making money they could buy the shares back and retire them. Right now they really need every dollar to run the business but with a large OEM when they can afford it the price will probably be to high, but then the dilution will be allot less also.
I would think the strategy is to land an OEM as quick as possible and make this all a moot point.
It's hard to say how much support there is out there for Ancor as the Nasdaq is getting pummelled and investors are looking to unwind there positions not add to them on small cappers. When the dust settles Ancor may look very attractive.
I mean Ancor's timing has been horrible for good news and bad news the last 2 years. Hopefully the luck part of the pendulum starts swinging our way.
