My Dear John.

Thanks for the dis-informative response to my post.

The key disclosure is as I reported, Case's remarks.

"At the end of the day, the thing that really won us over was Microsoft's
willingness to bundle us in Windows," Case said, providing his most
expansive comments on the matter to date.

Since it is Steve Case the leader of AOL, it is worth noting. They are by all accounts the worlds ISP in sheer mass.Hardly small news , John.

This is an internet access and browser distribution question , John.
Not, as you would have, a typical media deal.
I have no doubt the legal experts won't be confused either.

Since you brought it up. It's the Do Nothing Republican congress on it's weird inquisition that will ruin any hope we had of a government sponsored strategy to prevent the overseas financial plague from crawling ashore at Staten Island.
