Doug, TC2000 shows full scale distribution on NT, the same as
LU and, until yesterday, CSCO. I'm starting to think that stocks
giving full scale red bars often begin to move well at the stage in
which the bars first show up onscale, even if this is still
technically distribution. Conversely, it seems that a stock under
full scale green bars, often falls when the green bars finally show
up onscale, even as they appear strong (as evidenced recently by
VTS). Of course this could just all be nonsense (g).
