but what about the fact that xyln switches are embedded with the qudt software? Does LU buy a company apart from xyln and start screwing around with fitting the qudt goods say,with a COMS product? also consider what happens to the strategic agrement between xyln and qudt if LU won't buy xyln or use their switches....you can't just back out of a contract(presumably) It seems to me that LU would at least form a strategic partnership with xyln so they can contine to have a complete qudt product to sell. Do they have the luxury to do otherwise?
