SK, I was wondering if you had any thoughts on this, concerning the unaudited financials. Something just dosen't look right when I look at the balance sheet and it includes $395.00 (this statement was not in 1,000's) for a power and light deposit for the utility company but dosen't include any allowance for bad debts, legal fees or even the monies that were owed to the Wilkensons(quite a while ago there was mention of monies having been owed to them) . It seems every company has legal expenses and that we too must have ongoing legal fees in this attempted recovery of stock not even mentioning the outlay of expenses in bringing companies public. Even if we have not gotten billed yet there should be an accrual for these fees. One more thing that I am wondering about is the cash account. It seems there is only $2,626.87 in cash and our A/P is $28,430.99 which does not account for dividends payable or even salaries? Anyone have any thoughts or good answers of why this might be?
Thanks
