Bond market closes today at 2 p.m. EDT. and on Monday (Columbus Day) bonds are closed.

Equities will be traded on Monday, but not bonds. If some international event occurs over the weekend that may generate a sharp bond reaction, one can use Monday to set up some trades to take exploit the market action on Tuesday when bond traders return.
