Microstrategy 7X sales. BOBJY and HYSL already beat up. Not much float 4 M of 30 M. Holders include Amerindo, Westhighland and Duncan Hurst, mo's that are getting redeemed. On or about December 10 the lock-up is over. Mgmt has to wait until earnings report date+3 days to sell. this type of product is mission critical and requires staying power and service reputation. a hot product is relatively inconsequential. Waaaaay Waaaaay overvalued and way under experienced management. Just waiting. Amerindo and Westhighland are tough mo's to go up against, although both are under redemption pressure given returns

Hey Estimable Pink, Esq. has your vast and profitable operation encountered the crim activity of above market buyins? One would have thought that the nasdaq ruling off manipulation in the case of IBUY wherin the broker WALD AND (for the first time ever, it's clearing firm) W(ED)B were found guilty and were required to refund the money to that patron saint of all shorts, Fiero Bros. yesterday OPCO bought in HBOC over market. DIYS was bought in at 10 & 3/4 when it traded below 9 all day (ave=8.5). After the close, by the crim MM, Tasin (MM symbol TASN) goes in and buys 44,600 at 10 & 3/4. That is 26% over the market. So long story short, have you or anyone else on this thread had this happen to them? (Mr Goldfinger's office contains a victory trophy in the case of good over evil. The trophy is WALDron's (now non-extinct)door plaque.
