>>>I suspect that by now, there is nothing more to sell<<<

I have been saying for a week that I think next week will be up but if I am wrong, I show XRX and KO as primed and ready put or short candidates.

However if it is up, I have bullish indicators for COF, PVN, CTXS, and IBM. I rode many of these to the downside the last couple weeks but they are now showing bullish stochastics, hammer bottoms etc which tells me that they are ready to reverse at least short term.

We hade a TICK at a negative 1500 and the most damage it could do was the lows of the day yet an uptick produced a staggering rally in a short ammount of time. I believe we will have a short rally into expiration then resume the next phase of this sell-off. I do not think 7400 will hold and I actually expect a downside target much farther down than most however I think the short term will be up. (Although I won't carry much over the weekend myself unless they are really cheap <g>).

Good Luck,

Lee

GZ, I think Lee is right and that is my scenario... how MUCH of an uptick depends on EXPIRY week!
