Just think where we'd all be if we had taken up this discussion that I posted back on the 28th. Message 5856437 IMHO, the prefered holders knew the deal was immenent. They delivered shares against their short positions (at a nice profit) and went long BIG TIME using the selling caused by the delivery of converted shares to hide their buying. Thus, they were able to buy a BOATLOAD of RNTK without affecting the price. All of us on the outside were left wondering. So let me ask you all: If the people in the know were smart enough to make a killing when the stock went from 2 1/2 to 1, what price do you think they are planning to sell ? I seriously doubt it is anything under $2 if they sell at all. Regards, Chris
