Bill, I don't see much room for a big rally today. Money is leaving the stock market: either completely or put on the side, cash levels are being raised everywhere (analysts, brokerage houses, etc.). Yesterday's late rally was unconvincing and should die within the first hour of trading. I would not be surprised to see another test of 7400 today and that there will be a concerted effort to hold it. But if 7400 were to break today, Newsweek would have to rename its title page "the crash of 1999". Good trading to all, Phil
