Dave......Someone received 40 million shares and management has repeatedly stated NO shares for acquisitions. So who received them and how did they make into the float? Did Arif's daughter get a boatload of shares? If Arif issued shares to himself that were supposedly "restricted" and then somehow these shares made in into the float, he's in trouble. There will be a paper trail for all these transactions through whatever entities they used or conjured up. Is Bristol holding shares in lieu of the 12 million? What's their role in all this? I guess next week we'll know a little more.
