Hello Frank

This is an extremely interesting development.

NDR is cash shy with a huge share float. They hold 50% of most of LTL's ground who was the biggest claim holder up here and through Glenmore Highlands, I believe they hold a piece of MPV and their Kennedy Lake play.

This effectively would make SUF the largest claim holder and certainly of prospective ground. More to the point, it adds tremendous potential and considerable foundation to that need for Canadian assets hence reduced risk and shareholder stability.

Only question remaining now of course are the terms? NDR is in need, but SUF is not the only wolf in the pack. I could see our friends Monopros wanting in and potentially Ashton and Kennecott.

Great long term development, but I sure wish we had a developed Canadian asset base (three Aber pipes) to bring to the table. Long term upside but short term depreciation.

Regards
