Michael...I know the market is dismal, but what a disappointment it is that after one year's time, we still do not have an African Aids test in progress. I know about the Netherlands, but Geert raised 10 million for Africa and after being held hostage to an unstable political regime, we are still not conducting Phase I..Africa testing. What do you make of this inertia? Isn't there anywhere else we could have negotiated testing and gotten started?
