Hi Micro - that's a good suggestion - I'll pass it along.

I just got off the phone with Robert and he told me that, barring some unforeseen problem, they will be filing the necessary SEC documents to become a fully reporting company on Monday. As he said, the documents are being "Edgartized" right now.

Further to Enam's inquiry about what market Jaws is going after - the hospital sector would be one for sure. Right now, they are negotiating with the second largest hospital in the US. Why is this a hot sector? Well, there have been some recent news releases about how the US Gov't will hold hospitals criminally responsible if they do not take all the necessary security precautions to keep sensitive records out of the hands of hackers, etc. What Jaws is trying to do with this hospital is to obviously get their business, but also to create a model that can be presented to all hospitals.

BTW, and these are not signed contracts, Jaws has about $750,000 worth of quotes out there right now. The revenue for September was about $60,000, made up of product sales and audit services. That's a little under the $75K in the business plan, but not too bad.
