I had heard numbers as high as US$1Trillion and thought it as gross exageration. At 50:1, I guess it could be possible.

May be that's what the high-level meeting of finance ministries in Beijing was about, week before last. Japan advising the PRC of the game plan.

Exactly what was discussed at the meeting was never reported.
