The very small part of the preferred offering which was "floorless" has been fully converted. What remains is not floorless and RNTK will most likely sell no more of the convertibles since they are not obligated to and now have other sources of income and money in the bank. Either zeev chooses to remain ignorant of these things or purposely continues to misrepresent the situation for his own questionable purposes. I suspect he has lost a lot of money in some truly "floorless" situations and panics at the mention of the word, without researching the situation properly, as he has in this case.
