Why the reveresal? Anyone come up with a better explanation
than the hedge funds selling treasuries covering their yen losses.?
This creates an above 5% long bond that investors are looking to as
a safe haven in a volatile market. They sell equities and buy the long
bond. As long as the yen is strong, hedge funds continue to cover and those looking to get long in bonds, sell equities.

A viscious cycle to be accelerated if the fed lowers rates again.
