Back to the business.

The conference call was referred earlier on this thread this way:

So "tie up the deployment"? So it is like delay sort of thing? Why not "block for good" or "enforce considerable royalties"? Surely the others are not going to happily sit in the court while the 3G boat leaves. How'bout "I guarantee that there is absolutely no way W-CDMA flying without our consent?". Who else listened to the call, were these things specifically discussed?

How big is the bamboo stick really? How come every time Dr. J talks in some vague and round way about the W-CDMA IPRs everyone on this thread gets ecstatic?
