You're right, however, this agreement is like AMWAY....

It's in RNTKs interest for TX to sublicense. Most times, the proprietary of the technology gets paid royalties from the sublicensed parties (thorugh TX in this case).

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if TX sublicenses the technology to 10 other oil companies, RNTK gets a cut from the money TX gets from these companies. It's like MLM, and they just sit there and collect the dough.

Exclusive agreement doesn't mean they sold the technology to TX and that's it.
