Howard... It probably takes a little of both mentalities to be a successful CEO. Having never been one myself, I can't say for sure... :-) But, it seems that one may get an awful lot accomplished, but it may not be the right things... the other may be able to flex with the situation, but is often hamstrung by indecision. IMO, it takes different styles for different situations. Lazarus

Well Hey Charlie, I think that we took things far to personal. Go back and read your own posts for the last two months, except put anuone else's name in place of your own and see if you do not come to the same conclusions I did. As far as Oxymorons, you are absolutely right, my whole life is an Oxymoron, I detest violence in the most passionate way, yet I picked a violent career. As far as loyalty, that is something earned and Mr. Chin has earned it. He has changed, he is trying to adapt, overcome, so he gets my vote..
