Well like any investigation, if someone can profit by telling bad news to the press or system for a buck (Linda Tripp, Monica,...) - they do. Likewise, if it becomes apparent that a company's going to make money, etc, then you start to see plausibly-deniable-insider or brighter-than-average-clerk buying! Kind of like HIllary and her not-yet-fully-investigated commodities (ludicrous profit) deal (except that was more like a planned gift). If there was ever a time to blow off a trip to the Casino, do some TV and nurd-butter sammidges, and send your allowance to your TNRG broker; this is bloody well it! Geez, what do ya'll need - a "SALE" sign from Macy's????
