R.C: Many Investors and Fund Managers who have lost money in the Mid-cap/Small & Micro Cap stocks are currently shuffling their portfolios.

Many of these Scrips are being being sold off as distress sales. The accumulated money pool is then directed towards the" flight to quality "; the Big cap names . Because of this, Big Caps recover first. When this group recovers 1/3 of their loses, any additional money moves to the MidCap followed by the Small Cap and Micro-Cap stocks in turn.

The pressure on NN might continue till the Big Caps reach their 1/3 recovery point. Only thereafter, will the smaller fry get their chance.
