IMHO... the company is doing exactly what they should be doing ,,,
building the business and not worry about the stock price... long term who cares if this stock is at .36 or even $1.00 ... the market will reward TSIS once their business model is proven by consistent growth in revenues and earnings.... eom

4000 shares went over at .39 at 11:27, I would venture to say a limit order at .37 or .375 would have traded, any other buyers out there?
