Frederick, in mid August, I posted excerpts from the appropriate S-3 filing, here is a URL where you can find the details. Read all of it to better grasp to pro and cons of the situation. They also discuss the "risks" associated with the technology and the dependence of profits on the cost structure of raw materials (probably very low) and end products (depending on crude costs).
