hcm1943, This is big stuff IMO. Barberich is the pres. of Sepracor, and McGuire is the pres. of Hemasure. The fact that these guys are buying now says they are confident that the FDA will approve their new filter and that the company will not get sued into oblivion by Pall. These shares have held up remarkably well in light of the storm overhead (ie the Nasdaq tanking 25%). This stock is now moving up on my short list. I've had a GTC buy in for several weeks to buy @ 1 7/16ths and it hasn't gone off. Looks like its time to start climbing the ladder! Does anyone know if the company has a web site?
