analysts don't say things like

"get your market orders in now!"

I also seldom see people who are Pro stock one day, then anti stock the next day, only to return to LUVing the stock the following week.

I also seem to remember you telling me to buy snts in a PM as well as DYGN.

The fact is that you play MOMO and you ride the volatility.

Great. Good for you. You will make a bunch buying at the lows and selling higher

most of us do buy and sell stocks frequently.

What we don't do is jump back on the thread to trash the stock after we have sold.

It is insulting to all of the people that you persuaded to buy ARET at .017 only for you to dump at .026 and brag about the 60% in 2 days return.

Then to make it worse, you come back to the thread and tell all of those people who bought in to give you that 60% return, that they are "foolish".

You talk about SI terms of use but you forget one more important rule out there:

General Rules and Regulations promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934

Rule 10b-5. Employment of Manipulative and Deceptive Devices.

It shall be unlawful for any person, directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or
instrumentality of interstate commerce, or of the mails or of any facility of any national
securities exchange,

a.To employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud,

b.To make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state a material fact
necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under
which they were made, not misleading, or

c.To engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate
as a fraud or deceit upon any person, in connection with the purchase or sale of any
security.

You might find the way you taunt people on these threads funny, but most of us do not.

It amazes me that people even listen to you now, whether you are promoting a stock or trashing it.

I imagine you could care less what the story is in any stock in particular. Your mission is to ride the highs and lows.

No problem.

It is your "in your face " approach that bothers me
