Yes, these stocks are oversold, and a part of me wants to jump back on, but I think we will see lower prices next week. Any thoughts?

Interesting article by Jeff Hoffman over on theStreetCom (TSC). Liquidity analysis of the CLECs shows that WCII has sufficient cash (~$700 mm) to fund its network buildout and operations until Q2 of year 2000. This puts it on the same footing as only two or three others of the CLECs with the strongest cash positions. Article goes on to suggest that CLECs w/o strong current cash position may find access to credit markets closed and may end up in receivership or else merged with stronger players.
