Margin up a couple of percent, let's say 2% from 49% to 51%. Assume other things are the same, 2% increase in margin is a 4% increase in profit (2%/49%). So we are looking at 8%+4% over 0.75$ which is exactly 0.84$. Wonder how Kumar came up with the number? :) If you take Kumar's number of 13% increase in revenue, you get 17% over 0.75 which gives 0.88$. Tim Just my 0.02$ by no means represent Intel's official position.

Paul,>>>Unfortunaltely, it is Ashok Kumar of Piper Jaffray - but it beats an Earning DECREASE. <<< Kumar and Kurlak were the same animal in an earlier life (worm, I think) - but Kumar was reincarnated a few years later than Kurlak. Remember, Kurlak didn't achieve guru status without some attempts at analysis. Let's hope Kumar has the same early success or luck. Mary
