"I am feeling 330 dollar gold in two weeks. I don't see the market as being able to sustain the rally. Fundamentals aren't there."

Which fundamentals: GOLD, currency, market, rates.

It is possible that all that we seen in the market place is the covering of one hedge fund. And as it spreads out, the volatility hits each and ever sector. Last week GOLD, this week currencies. Maybe next week drugs. Have high techs really been hit yet?

Remeber I posted Maximum: XAU=87.5; POG $305.6, next week it'll make it's double top. For those weak in the stomach, THIS RIDE IS DANGEROUS.

Why invest in gold? "They will fix things, they always have"

That's the majority opinion. The Fed, IMF, World Bank, Investment Banks, Development Banks, BIS, ECB etc. etc. etc. will not allow the global banking system to fail. The market knows that, and gold is not part of the fix.

Brazil is too important to fail. I have heard that many times lately. And soon, the IMF will get their funding from Congress.

It is no wonder gold is in the doldrums......can't compete.....stacked deck. These guys will play their game to the bitter end.
