To All,

The financials will not be available until early next week. The accountants are still in the process of finalizing and formatting them. The delay is a result of the Company's corporate counsel and accountant preparation of its form 10. The company and its management is fast tracking its preparation to file the form 10 and comply with “full disclosure”.
