Then why didn't they make that part of their impeachment decision. It doesn't matter what Hyde said. What matters is what they had voted on.

Anyway, how can one believe the promises of someone that says his "youthful indiscretion" was a 6 year affair, while he was in his 40's and while he was married, and which broke up a family?
