You'll recognise me, I'll be the gold-toothed guy in the sombrero on the big white horse, whose lilting Spanish accent is firmed by a New Zealand twang. For the caterers - I am partial to Bohemia, but most any coolish urine-coloured beverage brewed from barley and even vaguely redolent of hops will do just fine. It's time for real, solid, concrete assets, imho.
