I would imagine they will miss earnings. Basic problem is the company is to small to matter. I would imagine some type of small institutional investor, figured this is dead money for a couple of years, even if they can stay in business. I thought $2 was floor, than $1 would hold. I guess I'll buy more if price is $.5 next week. I'm a glutten! I own about 100K shares @ a bit over $2, I won't sell here so I am going to lose it all or stay dead or get back to even. It seems to make sense for one of TRUV customers to buy it, take the cash and get their products cheaper. I believe the technology truv produces is a good as anybodies!

I think this is a clear vote of no confidence in management. Here we have a company that plays a key role in an important technology area. A company with an established customer base and a new stream of reasonably competitive products. What we don't have is a company who's management earns any respect from Wall Street. When are these turkeys going to be shown the door?
