Regarding the Chonquin Emporium, Tilton kind of indicated to me that he didn't understand why investors weren't more interested in this holding. He said substantial revenues are coming in already and this should be the holding that gives TNRG substantial, but yet unrealized value. I have wondered alot my theres not more intrest in the shopping center.Hey, that is $144mil+ in revenue.If it only brings in $5mil profit thats earnings TEN CENTS PER SHARE !! It seems like no one cares because its in China, but hey China is looking pretty good, besides MONEY IS MONEY! FInd me another 2 cent stock that has 50 mil shares out with that much revenue. I havent seen any.
