WM, I could argue some of your points in the previous post, but it's not all that important. As for my earlier comment about DCI not following the market, we finish up 4+ percent. Maybe it's time that I start talkin' about them confounded cows as well. ggg.

By the way, I do like your second suggestion. Pure genius. ggg.

Ken

WM,
<<<<Quiet Period:
stock fall on good news. SHORT?
1. GET ALL STOCK CERTIFICATION FROM THE BROKER IF
YOU ARE LONG INVESTORES so shorts can not play your
shares>>>>

That is something we may have to do but it is quite cumbersome and very difficult to pull off. For the moment I have some other ideas. First we need to work together to determine which clearing houses are loaning their shares to the 2 or 3 short sellers. By making quite a few phone calls and working with Morrow & Co I have been able to pin point one clearing firm that is short by a least 400,000 shares. I don't want to reveal this firms name at this time since Joe Murphy will be using this information when he meets with the NASD and the Enforcement division of the SEC sometime next week. After these two meetings I will discuss this with DCI's contact at Morrow & Co.to see if they believe it is ok to go public.

Since the size of the short position could determine the reason and the potential upside in the stock price I would like to zero in on NFSC, (National Financial Services) the clearing house for Fidelity. I believe they have been involved in the short from the beginning because they have been sitting at the bid since the first of August yet the number of shares they hold for their clients in street name has not changed hardly at all for over two months.

If I could have everybody's trust I would like for you to e-mail or send me a private message on SI as to the number of shares you may have at Fidelity. I will keep your information private and only post on a daily basis the total number of shares that are given to me. At the present NFSC is showing a total of 739,014 shares in all of their accounts but I don't believe it. The more information Joe has next week for his meetings the better it is. As you are aware, it is illegal to short a BB stock and I believe that Whittman Breed and Morrow & Co will succeed in getting the SEC to force the market makers to cover.

Best Regards
