My guess is that in their "wide-ranging" inquiry, the Republicans (or at least the most right-wing ones. like Rep. Barr), will rely less on Starr (who has not given them what they want, at least not yet), than on "independent investigators," like Judicial Watch's Larry Klayman. Just last month, Judicial Watch turned over to Congress a 145-page report. It ignores "Monicagate" altogether, focussing instead on such crucial "gates" as "Filegate" and "Chinagate," and charging the President with violating federal racketeering statutes. The report has been entered into the Congressional Record.
