it takes time to close the deals and sign contracts. A lot of the groundwork has been done. I am willing to wait a while longer to see the deals completed.

The same reason(s) DGIV was attractive 6 months ago will be the same reason(s) investors will be buying shares once signed contracts are announced: a chance to be part of a global IP telephony company. Of course, signed contracts will be the key!!
