FP.........

Just semantics but after a reverse split you can NEVER average down lie a newcomer since your old shares hurt your average. Even if USXP went to a nickel you couldn't average down that low. You could buy a ton but only get down to .08-.15. Do the math. That's why a reverse hurts the oldest shareholders. The newbie can come in and play the game with a fresh start. Who ever said you were a bad person? I usually just have a difference of opinion with you.

Subj: Re: Investor Questions (for Richard Altomare)

Mr. Altomares answers are inserted into your original text.

I am a shareholder in USXP and have recently become quite concerned. The stock price has dropped dramatically over the last 3 months (roughly somewhere north of $3 to 20 cents). I am down over 90%. Why in the world is this happening? I thought the initial Skynet news was fairly positive and should of had a good effect on the stock price. Can you shed some light on this for me?

Some questions.

1) When is the Skynet deal supposed to close? A date? This year?

RAA: We don't have an exact date, but we do believe it will be anyday.

2) I received the investors package and it stated that the company was
adversely affected by Select Capital and short selling. Is the company still being shorted? If that is the case then why couldn't you just buy the entire float and rid yourself of the shorters for good? I believe the cost would be minimal (1.7M * 20 cents = $340K). This is a small price to pay to ensure stability in the company. Have you considered this?

RAA: USXP is utilizing its resources to their fullest to stabalize and expand on its fundamentals.
