bp <<OT>> say, fisherperson:

Have you fished in Wyoming or Utah? About 10 years ago we ran into a place in the middle of the Utah mountains that was like going back into the fifties - log cabins, dirt parking, outhouses (some equipped with "modern" indoor plumbing) wooden boats you could rent with small outboard motors, the whole bit. I wonder if it's still there. Biggest Makinaw I ever caught (19 lbs) but we damn near froze at night even in June. (Cast iron wood burning stoves, no less!)

Good luck in Baja.

Mr. K.

Betty, I do a little fishing also. Have around 35 rods and eight tackle boxes and a 20 foot bass boat with a 225 and all the goodies. Oh, and an ice auger too. Going for sauger Sunday with a Department of Fisheries biologist, one of the guys who shock the fish to see how they are doing. He probably knows some good spots.
