Dan- Re: Tom. If you read Judge Sporkin's final decree in the
1995 case there is a paragraph where he quotes the testimony of a
Microsoft programmer (I think who was working on Quick C). The
programmer was floored by all the high powered legal talent.
I suspect his Microsoft career was short circuited but his testimony
was truthful.
