In any case, Discover (Sears), would probably not use TransPoint anyway, because they recently just moved from FDC to TSYS because of service level issues. Based on all the facts, I would have to bet Discover will be working with CheckFree (if they aren't already) for bill presentment. Benny(IMHO)
