Quantum3D' Banshee Raven card is reviewed at:

Favorite Quote:
"This puts the Raven at $40 cheaper then the lowest priced TNT card, which incidentally comes with a lousy bundle. "

Most Disturbing Quote:
"3Dfx made claims of world leading 2D performance for the Banshee, but I did not see any of that in my testing. The Banshee was supposed to be able to accelerate certain 2D functions in hardware, providing for much better performance for the card. I was very evident that 2D Winbench did not support any of the features that the chip supposedly accelerates. In both 32bit and 16bit Winbench 2D, the Raven came in last. In some tests the TNT was a few points higher while as much as 20 points on others. This could be a driver problem, which may or may not be fixed in future driver builds."
