Bill, we're into a period of illiquidity where the MM's capital has been impaired. All the thinly traded microcaps are trading at huge bid/offer spreads and prices can be moved with a thousand shares. Yesterday I saw the bid drop 25% on a 1 Bill. in assets regional bank on a 1000 sh. sell order. Today, stocks like ECILF with a few hundred Mill. in cash, no debt, 46 consecutive quarters of earnings growth ,a 5 yr. avg. earnings growth rate over 20%, and positive management forward guidance- dropped to 10 times earnings. Anything goes nowadays, try to buy 30-40 thousand shares and see what happens. Tim
